For adults with Autism and other Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, meaningful work is often out of reach due to limited opportunities, misconceptions about ability, and systems that prioritize programs over real jobs. Love Ran Red Foundation is changing that.

Through our Duke’s Delites Employment Program, individuals with IDD earn real wages for real work in an inclusive, supportive environment. Employment builds confidence, develops transferable job skills, encourages social connection, and fosters a sense of pride and belonging. Most importantly, it empowers individuals to contribute to their community rather than be defined by their disability.

When people are employed, outcomes improve — financially, socially, and emotionally. Employment strengthens independence, reduces isolation, and creates a more sustainable future, especially for individuals whose families can no longer provide lifelong support.
